About
Husky Winter Sports (HWS) is a non-profit organization focused on making Skiing and Snowboarding more financially accessible. HWS provides the cheapest lesson rates in the Pacific Northwest Region and is taught by PSIA and AASI certified instructors (who skied 4 free!).
My Role
I designed marketable content to post on our Instagram to promote our organization on both the employee and customer side.
Impact
More than doubled our Instagram follower count from ~400 to ~1000+ followers
Increased user engagement, making our page more welcoming
Spotted trends and created content directed to our target audience
STOKE!
After a year of designing, I transitioned to the role of director. I ran the company of 50+ instructors and 300+ customers. Duties involved coordinating, scheduling, and ensuring a smooth daily operation and satisfying customer experience.
